Very old elevators did not manage to handle larger crowds and stopped functioning. Got trapped inside one elevator myself. The main staircase was locked from all sides. Hotel staff tried to manage by opening service staircase and elevator which resulted in total chaos with large crowds of guest wandering about the staircases looking for the exit. Nobody seems to have been in charge for solving this situation.
